Two-Way Interview is ContentPod's most automated feature — an AI host interviews an AI guest to create podcast-style content without any manual input.

What is Two-Way Interview?

Instead of you being interviewed, two AI personas have a natural conversation about your chosen topic. The result is:

• Engaging dialogue format
• Multiple perspectives
• Natural-sounding content
• Perfect for podcast transcripts, blog dialogues, or educational content

When to use Two-Way Interview

Best for:

• Creating podcast episode transcripts
• Generating interview-style blog posts
• Producing educational dialogues
• Exploring multiple viewpoints on a topic
• Quick content when you don't have time to record

Not ideal for:

• Deeply personal stories (use AI Interview instead)
• Technical documentation (use the Guide Generator)
• Your specific expertise (use AI Interview to capture your own voice)

Step 1: Set up your interview

1. Click "Two-Way Interview" from your dashboard or go to AI Tools → Two-Way Interview
2. Enter your topic — be specific and compelling
   • ✅ Good: "The future of remote work and its impact on company culture"
   • ❌ Vague: "Remote work"

Step 2: Choose your personas

Select from six AI personas — any can be host or guest:

Pro Tip: Choosing contrasting personas (e.g., Emma Thompson + David Park) creates more dynamic content.

Step 3: Customize settings

• Duration: Slide between 3 and 15 minutes (default: 5 minutes)
• Tone: Professional, Casual, or Educational
• Output Language: Choose the language for the generated dialogue
• Key Points (optional): Add bullet points to guide the conversation

Step 4: Generate the interview

1. Click "Generate Interview"
2. AI creates the entire dialogue (takes 30–60 seconds)
3. Review the conversation transcript

Step 5: Edit and refine

Review the generated dialogue:

• Check for accuracy on your chosen topic
• Ensure key points are covered
• Edit any awkward transitions
• Add your personal insights if needed

Use Refine with AI to:

• Make it more conversational
• Add specific examples
• Adjust tone
• Lengthen or shorten responses

Step 6: Convert to multiple formats

Generate content from your interview:
