4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Starter Plan: Entry-level access with usage limits and monthly credits.

Creator, Pro, and Team Plans: Expanded features, higher credit limits, and advanced capabilities. Billed monthly or annually.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create using the Service. You grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as-is". You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated content.

Public Content: Content marked as public may be indexed by search engines and viewed by anyone.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ContentPod AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ContentPod AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ContentPod AI operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
