1. 30-day money-back guarantee
All ContentPod plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
2. Cancellation during the guarantee period
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, we will process it under the money-back guarantee above.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us atsupport@contentpod.cowith your account email address. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
4. Add-on credit packs
If you purchased add-on credit packs and have not used any of those credits, we will include them in your refund. Partially used add-on packs are non-refundable.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent changes.
