How does ContentPod protect my privacy, security, and data?

ContentPod protects your data with TLS encryption in transit, secure hosting and authentication, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe without storing your card details. 1How is my data protected?

ContentPod implements robust security measures to protect your content and personal information:

  • Secure authentication: Industry-standard authentication (NextAuth/AuthJS)
  • Payment security: All payments processed through Stripe (PCI-compliant) — we never store your card details
2Who can access my content?

Only you and authorized team members can access your content:

  • Your account: Full access to all your data
  • Team members: Access based on roles you assign (Owner, Admin, Member)
  • ContentPod staff: No access unless you grant explicit permission for support

We never share, sell, or use your content for any purpose other than providing our service.

3Is my data used to train AI models?

No. ContentPod does not use your data to train AI models:

  • Your content remains private
  • We use commercial AI APIs (OpenAI, Google) with privacy agreements
