Does Ad Creator publish or run my ads?
No. Ad Creator makes the ads; it does not connect to Meta, Instagram or TikTok, publish ads, or manage campaigns or budgets. You download the images and video, copy the headline and primary text, and upload them to your ad account yourself.
What is in an ad pack?
Three ad angles, each with a hook, headline and primary text, plus one image ad for each format you choose: feed square (1:1), feed portrait (3:4) and Stories, Reels and TikTok (9:16). On Creator and above you can add a short vertical video ad.
How many credits does Ad Creator use?
The storyboard and copy are 1 credit, and your first new storyboard is free. Image ads are 2 credits each, or 4 in HD (2K). Video ads are 4, 7 or 10 credits (Standard) or 5, 9 or 14 credits (Premium) for 5, 10 or 15 seconds. You see the total before you generate and are only charged for what is delivered.
Which plans include Ad Creator?
Image ads and copy are on every plan, starting with Starter. Video ads and Brand Kits are on Creator, Pro and Team. On Starter you upload your product photo and logo for each ad pack.
Will AI redraw my logo?
No. Your logo is never sent to an image model. Ad Creator places your real logo file on each finished image ad and on the branded end frame of the video, so it looks exactly like your file.
Do I need a product photo?
No, but it helps. With a product photo you can pick from ready-made ad styles and your real product appears in the ads. Without one, you choose from styles such as clean studio, lifestyle, bold graphic, premium editorial or playful, or let AI choose.
Can I edit the ads before they are made?
Yes. The storyboard comes first. You can edit each headline, primary text, image scene and on-image text before generating, or ask for a new storyboard. The first new storyboard is free, and later ones are 1 credit.
What is a Brand Kit?
A Brand Kit lives in the Brand Library on Creator and above. It saves your logos, colors, products and voice, and can be filled in from your existing brand documents. Ad Creator and Product Studio use it automatically, and on the Team plan kits can be shared with your team.
