Refine and polish your content with conversational AI editing via Refine with AI.

Quick start

1. Open the tool: From your dashboard → AI Studio → AI Refine, or go to AI Tools → Refine
2. Add content: Upload a document, select from Content Hub, or paste text
3. Choose action: Quick refinement or custom chat
4. Get results: See improved version instantly
5. Iterate: Continue refining with follow-up chat messages

Three ways to add content

Upload a document

When you click AI Refine, a modal appears with an upload option:

• Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD
• Max file size: 10 MB
• Use case: Refine existing documents, reports, or drafts from your computer

Select from Content Hub

Choose any content you've already created in ContentPod:

• Blog posts, guides, FAQs
• Social posts, newsletters
• Any saved content from your library

Paste text directly

If you don't upload or select, paste content directly into the editor.

Using Personas and Brand Guidelines

For Creator, Pro, and Team users, AI Refine can apply your saved personas and brand documents:

1. Enable Brand Guidelines: Toggle on "Use Brand Guidelines"
2. Select a Persona: Choose from your saved Personas
3. Click "Apply Persona & Brand Voice": AI rewrites content to match your brand

This ensures all refined content sounds consistent with your established voice.

1. Review: Does it still maintain your voice?
2. Fact-check: Verify any new claims AI may have introduced
3. Save: Store the refined version in your library

Tip 1: Upload external content (reports, proposals, competitor analysis) to refine documents that weren't created in ContentPod.

Tip 2: Create Personas that capture your brand voice, then apply them consistently across all content.

Troubleshooting

AI changed too much?

• Use more specific instructions (e.g., "Only improve the first two paragraphs")
• Edit in smaller sections
• Provide an example of the desired style

Lost your voice?

• Use "Apply Persona & Brand Voice" with your saved persona
• Add instruction: "Keep my original writing style, only fix clarity"

Upload not working?

• Check file is PDF, DOCX, TXT, or MD and under 10 MB
• Try copy/paste as a fallback
