Image to Video Guide

Image to Video animates one still image into a vertical video. It is on Creator, Pro and Team.

Step 1: Pick a source image

Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP up to 10 MB, or choose an image from your Content Library. Sharp images with one clear subject work best. Product shots from Product Studio are a good starting point.

Step 2: Describe the motion

Keep it to one or two movements:

  • "Slow camera push toward the product, soft light sweep"
  • "Gentle parallax, steam rising from the cup"
  • "Hair moves slightly in the breeze, subject smiles"

Turn on preserve original image if the subject must stay exactly as it is.

Step 3: Choose a model

ModelLengthCredits
Kling 3.0 Standard (with sound)10 s7
Kling 3.0 Pro10 s9
Grok Video8 s12
Veo 3.18 s15

Step 4: Generate and review

Watch for warped faces, flicker or text that changes shape. If you see them, simplify the motion or try another model. Videos save to your Content Library automatically.

Step 5: Use it

Post it as a Reel, TikTok or Short, add a caption with Caption Writer, or use it as a starting point in an ad.
